Signing up for classes at Fitness Therapy is simple. You must sign up through our calendar. Schedules are updated daily and classes can be booked online one week in advance until 30 minutes before class begins. After that, we ask that you call the studio directly to ensure there is still space available.
Drink lots of water before, during, and after class. Staying hydrated is a BIG part of staying healthy.
Eat a small snack 45 minutes before class. Exercising on a very full or empty stomach is not recommended.
Upon arrival, check in at the front desk. We ask that you arrive and check in at least 3 minutes prior to class time. After this time, your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist or a walk-in. If you know you are running late, please give us a call.
All cancellations must be made 6 hours prior to the start of the class. Cancellations that are not made during the allotted time period will be counted and reflected on your membership.
Fitness Therapy is equipped with a FloWater refill station. Just bring a reusable bottle if you need to fill up.
When someone cancels, the next person on the waitlist is automatically moved into the class. You will receive an email immediately notifying you.
