How do I sign up for classes?
Signing up for classes at Fitness Therapy is simple. You must sign up through our calendar. Schedules are updated daily and classes can be booked online one week in advance until 30 minutes before class begins. After that, we ask that you call the studio directly to ensure there is still space available.
How do I get ready before a class?
Drink lots of water before, during, and after class. Staying hydrated is a BIG part of staying healthy.
Eat a small snack 45 minutes before class. Exercising on a very full or empty stomach is not recommended.
What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable clothes designed for exercise (NOT street clothes!). Our program has you frequently moving off and on the bike seat, so baggy bottoms are NOT recommended. Fitted biking shorts with padded liners are and spin shoes are ideal, if you have them.
What do I do at check-in?
Upon arrival, check in at the front desk. We ask that you arrive and check in at least 3 minutes prior to class time. After this time, your bike may be released to someone on the waitlist or a walk-in. If you know you are running late, please give us a call. We can hold your bike up to the start of the class.
How do I cancel or reschedule a class?
All cancellations must be made 6 hours prior to the start of the class. Cancellations that are not made during the allotted time period will be counted and reflected on your membership.
Do you have water or do I have to bring mine?
Fitness Therapy is equipped with a FloWater refill station. Just bring a reusable bottle if you need to fill up.
How does the waitlist work?
When someone cancels, the next person on the waitlist is automatically moved into the class. You will receive an email immediately notifying you.
What if I want to switch bikes?
To switch your bike after booking, you will need to cancel your existing reservation and then re-book the bike you prefer. You may also call the studio — if we have any open bikes, we’ll be happy to make the switch for you.
How do I redeem a Groupon?
If you have recently purchased a Groupon deal, please fill out the form. After the form is submitted, you will be prompted to register for a new account. If you are already a Fitness Therapy member, please do not register again.
Your account will be updated with your deal within 24 hours. Please wait until you have received a confirmation email stating your account has been activated.
Please open your groupon deal and locate the voucher number. We cannot redeem your groupon without it. Below is an example of what it should look like.
